OUR BRIEF HISTORY

Operations Management Services was founded by Jocel Calinagan who is passionate about the industry for years. The company was established and continues to operate based on the principle of providing high-quality service to its clients and employees. We constantly seek new methods and challenges to enhance our performance standards by providing our employees with the best training programs, possible, the proper tools and equipment needed to get the job done, recognition and reward for outstanding performance, and input into the development and implementation of performance standards.

We work with different firms in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe and are open to working with local and international clients. The company provides market research services, such as brand awareness and image, usage and attitude, communication, customer segmentation, and customer satisfaction measurement.
